His presence at closing took any pressure off in the event anything was not taken care of, of course everything was done and we closed. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting into, but Craig made the entire process so much easier. He walked me through every step, answered every question, and really went above and beyond when we ran into a few complications (none of which were his fault). Instead of giving up or passing me off, he put in the extra effort to figure things out and make sure buying my house was still possible. Craig was always professional, but also genuinely kind — he treated me more like family than just another client. He even connected me with a fantastic real estate agent who was a perfect fit. I honestly don’t think I could’ve done this without him. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will work hard for you, Craig is the one!

Wow, leaving a review just doesn't do Craig justice. By far the best loan officer I've had during my eight purchase or sale transactions. Let me explain! The entire process from the moment I was referred to Craig was amazing. My wife and I could tell that his profession wasn't just a job to him but a way to help people navigate a very important process. Any issues that arose Craig was calm when he called and informed us what needed to be done and the time it needed to be completed. Once he set our closing dates we sold and bought in the same office. This was the first time my Loan officer was in the building with us. Outstanding experience and I will never us anymore else. The Irons Family love and appreciates you. He not only was very instrumental in making things work with our financial situation, but also got us an extremely good mortgage interest rate that was very competitive compared to other lenders. But the news doesn't end there.. we were having difficulties finding the right home for our family in Cobb and Paulding, but with his contacts and referrals, he was able to find a seller that we ended up buying our home from!
